Essential Criteria:
\n– Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) OR Bachelor in Mathematics + PGCE (teaching qualification) minimum
\n– Minimum 2 years teaching experience, leadership experience highly desirable
\n– Strong background in secondary mathematics, IGCSE\/A-Level preferred
\n– Proven ability to lead a department, manage staff, and drive academic results
\n– Positive nature & supportive member of staff
\n– Willing to positively work towards our goal of being one of the leading schools in Oman<\/p>\n
Preferred Criteria:
\n– Experience in curriculum planning and departmental strategy
\n– 5 years teaching experience, with leadership experience
\n– Track record of improving student outcomes in Maths
\n– Experience with international examinations: Cambridge\/Edexcel
\n– Strong data analysis and performance monitoring skills
\n– Ability to mentor and develop teaching staff
\n– Experience with British or international curriculum
\n– Experience with EAL (English as an Additional Language) students
\n– Willingness to contribute to extracurricular activities
\n– Living in Sur \u2013 appreciation for outdoor, community-based lifestyle<\/p>\n
